All returns and exchanges must be made online.

Return Policy: 

Purchases made during the holiday season from 11/15 till 12/24 are available for return/exchange till 1/15/2025. Returns will be refunded to the purchaser via the original form of payment. Exchanges and credits are an available to the order receiver . 

All merchandise purchased at full retail price is eligible for a full refund, shipping not included. It must be returned within 15 days of receipt. For any and all returns please visit https://thinkroyln.loopreturns.com/ Returns can only be made online following this link. In person returns and returns that are not made via the provided link will not be accepted. Used items and incomplete returns, including any missing straps will not be credited for a full refund.  Items purchased as Final Sale and/or Flash Sales (ending in .90) are final and not available for return or exchanges. Exceptions to this are subject to a re-stocking fee. 

Please note:

    • Items purchased at final sale including the flash sale are not available for returns or exchanges. Exceptions are subject to a re-stock fee.
    • As free shipping is provided on standard shipped orders over $100, the cost of shipping these returns and exchanges is the customer's responsibility. The return shipping fee is $9.95. 

    • If the customer has paid for shipping (orders under $100) Think Royln will incur the return shipping cost.

    • Any and all items that have been laundered, worn, or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or credit.
    • Items returned without original tags and packaging will not be accepted for a refund. 

    • Items that are returned not complete, including missing straps will not be accepted for a refund or exchange
