- Purchase made during November and December have an extended gift return time. Gift exchanges will be accepted through 1/15/2019. The original invoice 4 digit number is needed for exchanges. Returns must be made by the actual person that purchased the items. Please contact customer service.
- Returns and exchanges are available on most purchases. Selected promotions may state final sale on our website and/or in our advertising. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All Items must be returned for exchange within 15 days of receipt of your purchase.
- Any and all items that have been laundered, worn, or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or credit.
- All merchandise purchased at a full retail price is eligible for a free refund. It must be returned within 15 days or receipt. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization.
- We are not liable for lost packages without tracking.
- Think Royln is not liable for exchanges or returns sent without a return form enclosed.

When should I place an order to ensure same-day processing?
- For same-day processing, orders must be received no later than 1:00 P.M. EST. Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day.
- We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday
- Orders placed after 1:00 P.M. EST Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
