- Items purchased at final sale including the flash sale are not available for returns or exchanges. Exceptions will are subject to a re-stock fee.
- Returns and exchanges are available on most purchases. Selected promotions may state final sale on our website and/or in our advertising. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All Items must be returned for exchange within 15 days of receipt of your purchase.
As we provide free shipping on standard shipped orders, returns and exchanges shipped back are the responsibility of the customer.
- Any and all items that have been laundered, worn, or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or credit.
- All merchandise purchased at a full retail price is eligible for a full refund, shipping not included. It must be returned within 15 days or receipt. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization.
- Processing of returns is complete 7-14 business day post delivery of the return.
- We are not liable for lost packages without tracking.
- Think Royln is not liable for exchanges or returns sent without a return form enclosed.
Holiday Return/Exchange Policy
We have extended our return/exchange policy during the gift-giving season. Purchases made between Nov. 1st – Dec. 24th can be returned/exchanged through January 14th.
Please note items for return/exchange must be unused with tags on. The packing slip and/or order number is needed.
Items for exchange will be credited the value paid for toward the new item.
Items for return will be credited to the purchaser in the payment format the item was purchased

When should I place an order to ensure same-day processing?
- For same-day processing, orders must be received no later than 1:00 P.M. EST. Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day.
- We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday
- Orders placed after 1:00 P.M. EST Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
