Our Shipping Promise and Delivery Promise
In order to deliver on our promise of exceedingly personal service and ensure prompt delivery of your fabulous order, we attempt to process all in stock orders 1-3 business days and make every attempt to deliver your package within 2-9 business days AFTER it ships from our warehouse. Please note processing and standard shipping can be delayed during high traffic holiday periods and weather conditions. Orders must be placed noon EST to ship for the next business day.
We do not ship to P.O Box, Please include a physical address on your order.
DELIVERY AND PRICING
Standard Shipping in the U.S on orders under $100 (2-9 business days) Flat rate: $9.95
Free Standard Shipping in the U.S on orders of $100 (2-9 business days)
All shipping is done on business days only Monday through Friday. We do not ship on holidays and weekends.
Quick Ship in the U.S (1-2 business days) Flat Rate $40. Orders received weekdays before 12pm ET generally ship the same day; orders received after 12pm ET, or on weekends / holidays, generally ship the next business day. Quick Ship excludes orders to Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Quick Ship also excludes pre-orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are currently shipping to Canada and Australia

When should I place an order to ensure same-day processing?
- For same-day processing, orders must be received no later than 12:00 P.M. EST. Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day.
- We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday
- Orders placed after 1:00 P.M. EST Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
