RETURNS

We want you to love our products as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will gladly replace or refund your purchase.

Please note:

Returns and exchanges are available on most purchases. Selected promotions may state final sale on our website and/or in our advertising. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

All Items must be returned for exchange within 15 days of receipt of your purchase.
Any and all items that have been laundered, worn, or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or credit. All returns must be made online. No in-person returns will be accepted. 

All merchandise purchased at a full retail price is eligible for a free refund. It must be returned within 15 days or receipt. Please email customerservice@thinkroyln.com for a return authorization.

We are not liable for lost packages without tracking.
Think Royln is not liable for exchanges or returns sent without a return form enclosed.

FAQ’s

When should I place an order to ensure same-day processing?
For same-day processing, orders must be received no later than 1:00 P.M. EST. Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day.

We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday

Orders placed after 1:00 P.M. EST Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
