    Wonderful company

    I love My SOHO sunset Raffia bag.

    It’s just the right size and very soft, not stiff like a lot of natural material bags.

    After having it for two or three weeks, I noticed that it had blue stains on it. I emailed you to find out how to resolve the problem of stains. After sending you photographs of the damage you very generously sent me a brand new bag.

    What fabulous customer service!

    I will attempt to clean the stains off and then donate the bag so someone else can enjoy it.

    I will definitely be shopping on your website again..

    I was impressed by smoothness of fabric as Raffs can be rough and hurts the skin after a bit! Good size. Loved the additional longer belt, it changes total look

    Perfect Summer Purse

    This purse is so cute. I love both straps. Love the shoulder strap for more dressy and the wider strap for a crossbody out shopping. It's roomy, too. I've been looking for a cute raffia bag that didn't cost an arm and a leg and this purse fits the bill. Love it.
